How We Help Students Find Their Student Accommodation

We help students find their accommodation by letting them search lots of different accommodations on the website but also they can tap into our knowledge for certain areas.

While they are doing this, we are on hand to answer any questions and give them guidance on what to do at certain points in the process.

As a student, this is likely to be one of the first contracts you might sign and everything is usually absolutely fine, but you need to be aware of T&Cs if everything is not fine.

As I said before, you can search on our website for properties in the area or city you are interested in going to. The service to students is free.

You can enquire as many times as you like, ask as many questions as you like and then book if you want.

Our focus is on quality over quantity, yes we do need quantity to a certain point because we need to be able to help students and we can’t do that without houses or properties, however, we look at the houses we are putting students in.

Why does this make a difference? Well, many other websites will have offices in the UK but be headquartered in another country. As we are based in Lincoln, we are close to the ground when it comes to student accommodation and housing. We are talking to landlords and letting agents in lots of different areas about what they have available, prices, conditions and what is happening in the marketplace.

Questions

You will get this with lots of other places, however, you can ask us lots of questions. We care about getting you in the right place that makes you happy.

We won’t be able to please everyone, but we will try our best to get you somewhere that is perfect if not as close to it as possible.

Student Tip – When it comes to housing the biggest disappointments and challenges we see are when students have expectations on certain subjects. For example, they have a certain budget but want to live in a place that costs more than their budget and another one we see is wanting specific contracts.
