Restricted Travel – if you’re unable to travel to the UK due to Government travel restrictions, and no longer require your room, you can defer your booking until you are able to travel or cancel and receive a full refund.
Free Quarantine Period Promotion – we will provide free accommodation for the quarantine period of up to 10 days immediately prior to the start of your tenancy, subject to availability.
