Student Castle is a purpose built student accommodation located on Claypath, near the centre of Durham (less than 10 minute walk). We offer a range of shared flats, private studios, twin rooms & 2 bed apartments. All of our room types are available on 51 week licences.

The Robson twin rooms are perfect for sharing with a friend or relative. These self-contained studios include two double beds, two study desks, a fitted kitchen, en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage.

All our rents are inclusive of all utility bills, insurance & Wifi.

No Place No Pay Policy
For 2021/22 academic year, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your Holding Deposit and any paid rent payments if you fail to gain the required qualifications and are not accepted into the University. You need to send us the proof documents within 72 hours of receiving them. This policy is valid until 20 August 2021.
