Student Castle is a purpose built student accommodation located on Claypath, in the centre of Durham. We offer a range of shared flats, private studios, twin rooms & 2 bed apartments. All of our room types are available on 51 week licences.

The shared flats (5-6 bed) consist of your own double bed, en-suite, study desk, and plenty of storage as well as a large shared kitchen/living area, complete with a flat screen TV.

All our rents are inclusive of all utility bills, insurance & Wifi. We also have fantastic facilities including a large common area, free on-site gym open 24/7, 24 hour security, onsite laundry room, games area, 45 seat cinema (with bar foyer), study room, courtyard area, free bike hire & storage and much more.

No Place No Pay Policy
For 2021/22 academic year, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your Holding Deposit and any paid rent payments if you fail to gain the required qualifications and are not accepted into the University. You need to send us the proof documents within 72 hours of receiving them. This policy is valid until 20 August 2021.
