Property Summary

Studying in the stunning city of Edinburgh? Lucky you!

We’ve got safe and comfy accommodation in the middle of the city, putting you within easy reach of everything. With our help, you’ll have a blast.

YOUR NEW HOME IN THE SCOTTISH CAPITAL
Arran House is one of three residences we have in Edinburgh. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh and Napier University, and a 25-minute bus ride from Heriot-Watt University. So whichever one you’re studying at, getting there will be nice and simple.

The very heart of the city is a 20-minute stroll away. So the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street (the main shopping area), Edinburgh Waverley train station, and countless other landmarks, are virtually on your doorstep. There’s always something to do or see in your spare time.

WHAT YOUR RENT WILL GET YOU
Whether you choose an en-suite room in a shared apartment (2-6 bedroom) or have a studio all to yourself, here’s what your rent will cover:

All the furniture you need
All your water, gas and electricity paid for
As much use of the heating as you want (a lifesaver in a coastal town like Edinburgh!)

About Edinburgh

Edinburgh has 112 parks and more trees per head of population than any other city in the U.K.

  • Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland, located in southeastern Scotland with its centre near the southern shore of the Firth of Forth, an arm of the North Sea that thrusts westward into the Scottish Lowlands. The city and most of the council area, including the busy port of Leith on the Firth of Forth, lie within the historic county of Midlothian, but the council area also includes an area in the northwest, around South Queensferry, in the historic county of West Lothian.
  • Physically, Edinburgh is a city of sombre theatricality, with much of this quality deriving from its setting among crags and hills and from its tall buildings and spires of dark stone. Edinburgh has been a military stronghold, the capital of an independent country, and a centre of intellectual activity. Although it has repeatedly experienced the vicissitudes of fortune, the city has always renewed itself.
