Park Court offers fun and friendly student accommodation just a 10 minute stroll from the University of Lincoln, and a 20-minute walk from Bishop Grosseteste University. So getting to lectures couldn’t be easier.

If you want to explore, then the City Centre and Brayford Waterfront are just 5 minutes walk away, you’ve plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Getting home for the weekend is easy with Lincoln station less than a 10 minute walk away, plus when you need to stock up, Tesco and Morrisons are super close by. Check out our local guide for more!

Plus all our students have access to the large common room, the space comes complete with a huge TV, a pool table, cafe style seating and some comfy sofa’s and arm chairs. It’s a great space to meet people in other flats, watch big matches together, to get those dreaded group projects done. It is the hub for all of our events throughout the year.

Your Room at Park Court

At Park Court you will have an en-suite bedroom all to yourself within a shared flat of 4 or 5 people, with the option of either a Classic or Premium En-suite room.

Each room has either a single bed (classic en-suite) or small double bed (premium en-suite), plenty of workspace and storage, a desk, an en-suite shower room. Plus you’ll have access to a shared kitchen with a fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave.
