We have an onsite gym which is free to use, along with a study room and a popular common room with pool table and table football. We also have a number of rooms available for summer accommodation from 31st July – 13th September, these rooms are priced at £100 per week for an en-suite room in a shared flat or £130 for a self-contained studio. If a student wishes to book for both summer and the academic year we can link these bookings meaning they do not need to move out of the property. In order to book all we need is a £250 deposit, after that we require full payment of the outstanding balance on 1st August if the student does not have a UK guarantor, or they can use a guarantor service such as Housing Hand.
